Staff were amazing, friendly, and took a personal interest in my family. The eye doctor nailed my prescription. This was our first time at Visionworks. I used to use Pearl Vision at the Camp Hill mall, but I just couldn't handle how disorganized they were. Visionworks was very organized, professional, and moved us through the visit quickly, but without rushing us in any way. As long as these folks continue to work here, we will be repeat customers.

I totally trust Mechanicsburg Vision Works with my eye care needs. I have an unusual prescription and wear gas permeable contacts which need to be special ordered. Everyone is so helpful. At my last visit Liz went above and beyond to make sure my order was placed properly. Kim has been super helpful as well. I always have my exam with Dr. Dardick who is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've been to several chain and locally owned eye drs, and this was the best experience I ever had. They took me early for my appointment and they had the best employees ever. Dr. Loan Ciocostian was amazing! He explained to me so many things that other drs never had. He was in no rush and answered all my questions so thoroughly. It didn't feel like a chain at all. Whoever does the hiring here is very talented. The lady who checked me out and helped me purchase everything was the sweetest person ever. She was so kind and professional.

Great experience from the minute we walked in. After years of dealing with Lens Crafters, eye appointments were something to dread. Visionworks changed that. As SOON as we walked in we were acknowledged and checked in. Maybe 30 seconds later we were going through registration and then headed back for the tests. As SOON as they were done, the doctor was right there and ready to see us. Every single person was super kind, personable, and efficient. Thanks to the team working on 11/21 at 4:45. Are eye appointments supposed to be fun? Great selection of frames too

It's honestly hard to get actual doctors in-person at this location. However, they do have TeleHealth which sometimes does take a long time (10-30 mins of additional wait). They have a large selection of frames, and the staff are overall helpful. However, operations are a tad bit slow, but it's typical of all Visionworks locations that I have observed, where things work at a slower pace. What I will say is that I have a large prescription, and picked a large frame. I did not get high-index lenses, yet the lab people went out of their way to position my frames and lenses at an angle where my thick lenses "coke-bottling" effects are minimized, completely for free without requesting it, which was very nice to have. :)

I saw a female doctor which was important to me as a female. I thought the doctor was very thorough during the eye exam and was able to improve my prescription allowing me to see better. She was also able to tell me about my prescription overall and how my vision has changed as I've gotten older. I appreciated her expertise in dry eyes since I've been plugged by them for the last couple of years. She was able to recommend some eye drops and provide a sample for me That helped me immensely. I've been provided eyedrop samples in the past, but none of them worked like this prescription eyedrop that she gave me.
I found the staff very helpful in choosing frames. I have natural red hair and green eyes and it's hard to pick frames when you look like a Christmas tree.
The staff picked Out multiple pair of frames that I actually looked good in it was difficult to narrow them down to two pairs Since they all looked good. I was very pleased with the two pair that I ended up taking home. Both were brand names.

Heather was so sweet to teach me about how to use my contacts, I haven't worn them in years so she gave me a refresher. She's so personable and friendly. The front desk ladies also are nice, they worked hard at my last appointment trying to find me in their system, I really appreciated their dedication to their customers.
