Have had the wrong prescription for YEARS and i knew it and nobody listened to me until this place!! The doctor answered all million of my questions and gave me answers ive been waiting for for a long time. Found cute glasses, very helpful ladies at the front and at the desks, the girl who did my first exams before seeing the doctor was also very helpful and funny(i apologize i don't know their job titles). Should be going in to pick up this week, nice place.

Had an appointment scheduled for 3:15 PM. Arrived and was told they were having "issues with their virtual doctor" and it could take 40 minutes to fix, and even then they weren't sure if the issue would be resolved. A receptionist in the background was being rude to another customer in the background. I was then told that they would recommend just rescheduling. I drove 45 minutes to get there only to be turned away. No courtesy call at all. This was my first appointment and I will not be back.

Front desk associates were not friendly or helpful. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes I was notified that it would be an additional 45 minutes because they were running behind. No apology. No call ahead of time. I took time from my work and day that was carelessly wasted. When I asked to reschedule it seemed to be a huge inconvenience for the associate. On top of that the next available appointment was over a month out. I hate to be an inconvenience, so I will take my business elsewhere. It's a shame, it was such a nice and friendly store when Dr. Sheehan was there.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I came in 2023 to get glasses made according to my doctor's prescription. Even after following their advice and wearing the glasses for months, my vision never felt right. Later, my eye doctor confirmed that the lenses were not made correctly. When I returned, they told me I needed another eye exam, which I completed. They asked me to leave my frames and said they'd contact me when the new lenses were ready -- but no one ever called. After a few weeks, I reached out myself and was told my glasses had been ready "for a while." The attitude completely changed after the sale. Before purchasing, the staff were friendly and welcoming, but once you've paid, the customer service becomes terrible. The receptionist was rude and dismissive, and when I calmly asked about the delay, she escalated the situation for no reason -- even walking away and closing the door. When I asked her to return to the desk for an explanation and proper assistance, multiple employees jumped in, and I was told to leave the store. It was completely uncalled for and humiliating. To make things worse, I later discovered I had been overcharged. When I contacted the manager and expressed my frustration about the experience, he showed no concern and immediately sided with the staff without making any effort to understand the situation. In short: pleasant smiles before the sale, zero accountability afterward. Poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and no respect for customers. I would strongly advise others to think twice before going here.

Been going to the location on Carlisle Puke for years. Always had a positive experience with the doctors...still do. I have no issues with the doctors. I can't say the same for the women at the front desk. They are pretty unfriendly with less than desirable social skills. Not one in particular, but all of them. Not sure what they have going on, but they are really good at making you feel like you're a major inconvenience. I get it that sometimes a person may have a bad day...totally understandable...but it's amazing that all of the women at the front desk appear to have a bad day simultaneously every time I go there. What are the odds? What's so hard about being courteous and friendly to the public/patients? I doubt I will return to this location.

Had an appointment scheduled for Monday the 26th when this big snow storm is supposed to hit. Got a text message saying they are going to be closed this coming Monday because of the storm and to follow the link provided to reschedule. I rescheduled for the next day and showed up for my visit to only be told that it was a virtual appointment. Now how in the world are you going to exam someone's vision virtually? Not to mention this was for an eye health follow up because of some concerns he saw the last time I was there, which he can't see on a screen. The front desk lady is extremely rude and insisted I was the issue because I booked a virtual exam through their text message, which they sent to me because they are going to be closed. I had no idea that this was for a virtual visit and assumed that this was for the same kind of appointment i had originally scheduled. So I will be looking for another provider. Ever since this location became My Eye Doctor, the customer service up front has been extremely rude and obnoxious.

The doctor I have been seeing for the last 10 plus years left this practice who was phenomenal when it came to astigmatism's. It was my first time seeing a different doctor. This was the first time in my 35 years of going to an eye doctor that the doctor literally made me see double. I always get a new prescription for new glasses and contacts. My previous doctor would give me a new set of contacts with my new prescription to put in during my exam. He would recheck my vision and make sure the contacts were sitting/moving correctly. Not this new doctor. When I went to leave they had me order a years worth of contacts not knowing if the new prescription would be correct. A month later, I received a bill (I had already paid for my contacts and pictures they took). I was surprised that I was getting a bill for a contact lenses fitting. When I called for clarification I was told since the doctor wrote me a new prescription for contact lenses, this is how they bill. I feel the language they use on their billing statements is misleading. The lady Kim that I spoke with never said goodbye or have a nice day, she just hung up on me. With the doctor making me see double, no pair of trail contacts to verify the new prescription is correct, and the lack of professionalism from the staff, I do not recommend this office.

Recently purchased new glasses! The doctor and staff did a very job during the entire experience! Thank you!
