M Made an appointment and confirmed that I had UHC. When I arrived, I was told this location couldn't look up my insurance information and that I needed to go to a different location. Good customer service would involve calling the other locations on the customer's behalf, not instructing customers to go verify everything themselves. I do not recommend this location based on how their customer service represents the company.

I had a fantastic experience at America's Best, all thanks to their outstanding optical sales associate, Donna! From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She took the time to understand my needs, walked me through all my options, and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses -- all while keeping my budget in mind. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the entire process stress-free and even enjoyable. I truly felt like a valued customer. If you're looking for excellent service and someone who really knows their stuff, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for this amazing associate, Donna. This is my 5th pair of glasses with her! She knew how to find what looks best for my asian face. Thank you for going above and beyond!

This place is awesome. I've worked with Leah. And she was great. Very helpful. Not only did she work hard to make sure that I got every dime out of my insurance, which is hard to do, she also took my wife's glasses that were broken and worked with them and with some magic got them to work again. She got us a discount on the glasses and we only had to pay $60. On top of that she was friendly and so helpful and professional. I highly recommend America's best.

I've been coming to America's Best for years, and Donna has helped me every single time. She's incredible -- professional, kind, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Nutell to order my husbands glasses this morning Nutell helped us as soon as we walked in the store. She went above and beyond for us while walking us through the ordering process. She was so patient and very professional. As we were sitting there with her, I listened to the interactions the other workers had with both each other and customers. They were all very professional and super friendly. I will definitely take the extra 30 minute drive in the future to this location. Thank you again Nutell, we really appreciate you.

Vanessa was fantastic. She helped me with what I wanted n explained things very well. Event found frames that fit my MacGuyver/Frankenstein glasses I brought in. =)

Now this is my favorite place! So kind! Excellent service. Went out of their way to help me. Staff were ALL fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have two America's best very close to my house, but I go down to North Walesbecause the people there are outstanding. Donna worked hard with me on my glasses and save me money and I am so very happy about that. I highly recommend the North Wales store. It's the only one that my family is going to go to.
