My eyes are problematic, one eye is fine the other eye refuses to cooperate. The doctor at LensCrafters was so patient and took so much time fine-tuning the prescription, reworking the prescription and checking up to make sure the glasses work. I have never experienced a doctor so patient and willing to find a solution for me. Highly recommend recommended!!

Nice store to try on glasses, but I'll just make my purchase online. Was being helped by an associate and then another guy asked for her help. 20 minutes later I asked for my prescription back. She asked if I found a pair I liked and I said yes but she can just go ahead and keep helping the other guy. She said OK and I left, didn't even apologize or try to keep my business. Going to complete my purchase right now online. Another loss for in-person retail...

Very expensive! Great staff, good selection, but going on 3 weeks and no glasses. When I called, tbe person was snippy and told me they call when there in. I wish I could cancel and go somewhere else.

Associates not helpful. Wrote me off after my husband said he was going to an appointment although I told her that I was also there to purchase glasses for myself. Offered zero help to find the style I was looking for. After doing 2 laps in the store and not finding anything of interest I left. I've used LensCrafters for 20yrs but it is not the same as it used to be.

I walked in with my boyfriend's glasses just hoping they could tell me if they could fix them. The lady took them in the back and had them fixed within 5 minutes. what a great place and the employees are spectacular. I will definitely be changing to them for my optical needs.

Ordered glasses online because it said they would do a fit check, well that didn't happen. Walked in they all looked at me and was ignored for half an hour til I came up to the counter with a lady in white robe asking me may I help you ? In a rude tone. Couldn't find my box and then finds it and gives it to me and doesn't do the fit check. I could of saved a trip by sending it to my house. Duely noted! Service sucked and never giving them service again!
