We were required to pay the Medicare part B deductible that they ASSUMED we would owe or we would not be seen. We told them that we had seen other doctors and we wanted to wait and be billed if we really owed anything. So we received our statement and see that we owed NOTHING. We called the billing office and they agreed that we were due a refund BUT our refund would take SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS! Doctor Francis Clark, this is unacceptable. We will not pay ahead on the next visit. If they won't accept that then we will find another eye doctor.
Update: OVER THREE MONTHS AND STILL NO REFUND DESPITE NUMEROUS CALLS. AND THEY AGREE WE ARE DUE THE REFUND. WE WON'T BE GIVING OUR CREDIT CARD EVER AGAIN.

I had my first visit with Dr. Clark on May 4th, 2023. I found the office very clean, the staff extremely efficient and personable. From the time I checked in, did all the testing required, met and spoke with Dr. Clark about my test results and further follow up for measuring my eyes for surgery. The entire process ran with such an Awesome experience that I have not had in years. I Highly recommend this practice at the North Wales Office. Kudos to Everyone!!!
