Tinesha does not work here anymore. so i am changing this to 5 stars for brewers recognizing she was a problem. front desk lady tinesha is rude and mean and yelled at me the first time i met her. been going here 20 something years and never have been treated the way I have been this year. place has gone downhill. she also gives me bad information. like having to redo a lense fitting even tho I did a refitting last week. doctor told me she was wrong and I did not have to do that. she said it was procedure but she doesn't even know her own offices procedures apprently. what a joke.

Patient for 5+ years, but never again. My appointment was at 12:15 PM, and despite being back in my car by 12:30 PM, I was turned away. The receptionist was rude from the start, gave me an annoyed look, and claimed my appointment was "invalid" because I didn't confirm a text--yet they never texted to say it was cancelled. Zero effort to help a long-term patient who was clearly within the grace period. Disappointing service.

I'm new to this location and I'm glad I made the switch. I've been using LensCrafters for the past 15 yrs at the Promenade Shops and got tired of driving so far since I live in Lansdale.
The staff is super friendly and so helpful.
Testing is the usual procedure depending on your needs.
Dr. Durkski is so nice!! He was down to earth and didn't make me feel like a number.
The frame gallery is very modern and open which makes it so non claustrophobic. I love the sleek look and it makes shopping for frames easier without having to look down into a glass case. Great design.
Frames appear to have the same selection as other locations. As for having them in stock, I did not purchase any frames so I do not know their inventory.
Location is simple since it's in the English Village Shopping Center. Route 309 northbound side and across 309 Cinema southbound.
Cleanliness is great.
Overall I really enjoyed my visit!!

While last year's eye exam was great, their scheduling system is ridiculous. After wrapping up last year's appointment, I made a new appointment for the following year. Fast forward to that next appointment day...
I checked in but was told that I only had a "pre-appointment", not an actual appointment? When I asked what the goal of a pre-appointment was, I was told that it can hold space on the calendar, but I still need to call in on a different day to actually finalize the appointment. Needless to say, this was a huge waste of time for me as I had come in on a weekend for this.

I came in for an eye exam after breaking my glasses the day before. That is how quick I got an appt. Exam in my opinion was thorough, pleasant, and I left with a prescription in less than an hour. I'm sorry I didn't get lens there since I needed them in 2 days.

Great place, but I got charged extra for retinal eye check during eye exam.. Never asked for it and never got asked if I wanted to have extra check on my routine exam done. Well that's my last time going in here.

My appointment when I had it went well, and the staff was perfectly nice, extremely kind. However, now the automated system won't stop harassing me. I started randomly receiving texts and emails about an appointment they scheduled without my permission. I had to cancel, even though I never made it. When they kept messaging about a new date/time, I tried calling and telling them to remove my number and email from their mailing list, but still heard from them AGAIN today about how I missed my appointment. THE ONE I NEVER SCHEDULED. Again, the staff is VERY nice, but management needs to make a different decision about they try and retain patients...

I have been using Brewer Eye Associates for over 15 years. I had an issue where a family member was out of state broke their glasses and Brewer had only a 1 year effective date on the RX which does not follow PA State law 49 Pa. Code SS 23.72. which states it is good for up to 2 years. When I tried to explain this to the associate at the North Wales location and see if we could get an extension s a new pair of glasses I was left on hold for over 30 minutes before I was informed there was nothing they could do. The unprofessionalism and lack of desire for resolution is very disappointing. Needless to say they have lost the business of myself and my family.
