Visited Pearle Vision in Montgomeryville. I was being taken care of by Khris Vest who is filling in from CO. I just want to say that he was the nicest and sweetest person I've ever dealt with at Pearle Vision. He was helping me pick out glasses and explained all the fees I would be paying. I give him
a 10 and say he should be rewarded for his kindness in his job.

I had an excellent experience at Pearl Vision with Dr. Sam. He really took his time to listen to my vision concerns and thoroughly address each one. It's refreshing to find an eye care professional who doesn't rush through appointments and genuinely cares about getting things right. My husband went in here last night to have a screw tightened on his glasses. The screw was so small that we could not maneuver it. We were out of town and use Pearle Vision in New Jersey for all of our needs. We get excellent service at our Pearle Vision and expected the same until we went here! There was one person there and he absolutely ignored my husband for almost 45 minutes. My 85 year old mother was in the car Along with my aunt. The man in the store made absolutely no attempt to help my husband and kept talking to the customer he had without even seeing if he possibly could Do two things at once which most sales people MUST DO When you are alone and responsible for ALL Customers coming in the door. I told him my husband was a physician and he needed his glasses for work the following day and this made no difference to him. He kept chatting like he was having a romantic dinner with this woman! There was absolutely no service provided to us even to see what the issue was. I Informed him that I would be reporting him and he said go ahead! We walked out and this morning drove to our Pearle Vision and it was fixed in less than five minutes!!!

The doctor I saw was very kind, professional, and helpful. The store itself was tough. There were only 2 sales people and a wait even though I had had an appointment. One man was on the phone with someone asking for something that couldn't be done. While I appreciate him helping the customer to his best ability, he was placing her on hold and mocking her to everyone in the store. I'm not here to listen to you mocking people, be professional do what you need to do, but announcing to everyone is ridiculous. The man that was helping me was no better than an old car salesman. After 20 minutes of sitting in silence while he typed, offering me lenses that cost more than the glasses until I said no and asked for other options. Then he had the nerve to ask if I was going to be careful with the glasses. I looked him dead in the eye and asked if that was a serious question. I'm a woman in my 30's, not a 12 year old. I don't think I would return based on the sales team.

Everyone in this office.....from the moment I stepped in through the finishing steps.....took the time to clearly and personably explain the tests being performed, the changes in my vision, the types of frames that would compliment the lenses I needed, to the insurance coverage.
This was not my first visit here, and I think I was even more impressed than my past visits.

This early afternoon I went to Pearle Vision store at Airport Square Shopping Center, North Wales, PA to see if they could help to fix one of my loose sunglasses legs. I tried Costco optical counter but they can't help due to don't have right mapping screw earlier. The reception is a very nice lady, introduced me to a nice looking smiling guy named Paul and said he could help you. Paul did look long time, about 20 minutes find a solution to locate a tiny fitting screw at the hinges of my glasses, finally fixing the problem. Very professional job. What surprised me: they didn't not charge me anything and did it for free! The experience at the store is very nice, making my day. Would like to highly recommend Paul and the Vision store.
