Boscov's Optical

I had a great experienced the staff Ms. Servano was really a great help. She helped me find my eye glasses and I am very pleased and satisfied with the great customer service she delivered to a customer . Very friendly and always smile. I gave her a thumbs up and a very well done job. I am very happy And now I can see a lot much better with my new eye glasses. I would highly recommend to go get your eyeglasses at boscov optical clinic, selinsgrove PA .

What a horrible sales lady in optical. She definitely needs more training. 9/24/22. Sale promo 60% off frames 40% off lenses and additional $30.00 off. Picked frames I wanted plus a pair of sunglasses which I only need bifocal. After a hour and half later of this lady saying computer was not letting her do what she wanted. She finally said my total was 780.00. I have no idea what she did and it was obvious she didn't know either. Ended up walking away.

I bought my glasses at BOSCOV optical and his was my first time. I didn't know wha to expect but I had a great experience. Ms. SERVANO was so very patient, knowledgeable, friendly and very understanding of my needs and I didn't feel hurried in choosing my frames. She showed me different choices. she gave me good advice and she was right! I would recommend getting your glasses at BOSCOV optical!!!

I wanted just the frames without lenses but the employee would not order and sell them to me without buying the prescription lenses in them or paying a little over $100 additional for the free lenses that automatically come in them. I asked for the ones on display then and they could just pop the lenses out i didn't need them and she said no they cannot sell the ones on display. Went to Boscov's in Harrisburg and they sold me the ones on display and with no extra lens charge for the blank lenses in them. They said they never heard such a thing that Selinsgrove Boscov's was trying to pull on me. They said the blank lenses are part of the listed frame cost and come free with the frames and they did not understand why Selinsgrove Boscov's would force me to buy lenses or pay for the free blank ones nor why they couldn't sell me the display ones and without charging me $100+ for the blank lenses. Went to Selinsgrove Boscov's a couple of weeks earlier for an exam and to get pricing for new lenses in my existing two pair of frames and a different employee just kept blowing me off so i told her fine i will go to Walmart across the street which is what i did. Got two sets of progressive glass photogray lenses at Walmart with no problem and without an appointment. My last two eye exams i got at this Boscov's were excellent not sure what the problem is with there optical employees. It might be because i wanted to use my insurance for both the lenses and the frames. First employee said i would make out better not using my insurance. I remember last time i was there 5 years ago same employee talked me into not using my insurance then. This whole odd experience was with two different employees on separate visits, i suspect it must be an insurance or commission thing. Walmart and Harrisburg Boscov's had no problem applying my insurance to my requested purchases. Mmn not sure.

So warm and friendly. Dr was amazing and so thorough and prices are reasonable! Going to recommend them to all my family and friends!!!

Terrible gave me glasses without prescription in them, the glasses did not fit and the were ten days late. Would not Buy from then again.

Excellent staff, the best package deals in the area.
