Dr. Frank J Kleinsorge

I made my first appointment with Dr. Kleinsorge for a regular eye checkup and immediately he was able to see that I had Papilledema in both of my eyes. He told me that I needed to go to the hospital immediately because there was pressure around my brain which was causing the optic never to swell. I had to stay in the hospital for about a week to get the right medications but I'm so glad that Dr. Kleinsorge was able to find the swelling in time. I will gladly wait an hour or more to see him, I just plan ahead.

The doctor was behind by over an hour. I would have appreciated a call to have the option to reschedule. I got there and atilla the hun stuck me in a corner because it was over crowded. That call would have alleviated that issue. She talked down to everyone. She couldn't find my appointment, when she couldn't get through with the social security # I put down. (Yes I put the wrong number down, oops, I was already wound up) She discussed it with the temp right there in front of me I stead of asking she just kept telling the temp she did something wrong . And in front of the other 5 people sotting there. I chose to go somewhere else. I would l9ve a call frpm the dr to tell him how i feel about his one staff person who needs a hippa lesson and some 'be nice to people' lessons. All in all very disorganized outer office. You know the first people you see. The people an Organization is judged by.

Every time I go for my appointment I wait for over an hour to be seen! I am gonna have to find a new eye doctor.

Dr. Kleinsorge and staff is awesome, friendly and very helpful. I'd Highly recommend!

Time management is horrible. I dont recommend this place.
