OCLI Vision West Mifflin (Associates in Ophthalmology)

I took my mother in law to her appointment at this facility today. We have been there once before and were very pleased with our experience. However, today we walked in only to find an elderly couple sitting in the waiting room with a dog on their lap!! Now I'm a huge animal lover, but I don't think dogs should be allowed in a medical facility, especially when sterile procedures are taking place. Now I question the cleanliness of the practice as they allowed the dog to sit on the chairs in the waiting room. I think these people should have been told when they were checking in to leave the dog in the car. I'll be surprised if you don't hear from other patients in regards to this ridiculous behavior

I had a great experience with the eye doctor assistant, Crystal! She was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Everything was explained clearly, and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her positive attitude and efficiency really made the appointment run smoothly. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received and would definitely recommend her to others. Way to go Crystal!!!

This eye practice is terrible, do not go here Communication is awesome. I saw Dr Moore I felt like I was cattle rushed me in and out. I was scheduled for Cataract surgery on December 18 for my left eye I had to go to my PCP in my heart doctor for clearance. They both cleared me day before surgery which have been a Wednesday at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. There wasn't gonna do my eye surgery because they said my ejection fraction was too low, . They had my medical records before hand. My heart doctor cleared me. Now they left me like a piece of trash. No No recommendation or another doctor to try to call. So I had to make contact with West Virginia. I institute myself. It's been over a week process. I don't care about you. You call me at three. Something in the afternoon a day before surgery and tell me about my ejection fraction when they've hooked the wrong paper with my ejection fraction 35%. I never been so disgusted in a practice of my entire life. I would never ever go there I recommend nobody for this place to miscommunication unprofessional.

Get a 2nd opinion. Ive heard numerous people going here and they say they need a surgery and it is going to cost thousands only for them to get a 2nd opinion and are told they dont need surgery, their vision is perfectly fine with new glasses. Please be aware!!!!!

All the doctors here are the top of their fields. They have helped me is do many ways. I had some cataract problems and of course was taken care of immediately. I have dry eye problems and they know just what to do to help my situation to make them better.v My husband lost his vision in one eye one morning and I called and they got him in immediately. We found out that he had an eye stroke. They did everything so quickly to make sure he didn't have another one. If it wasn't for the fine doctor there God knows what could have happened. We are so grateful to him. The only place to go to know your eyes are going to be taken care of by wonderful doctors.

All staff was courteous and professional. The physician was very knowledgeable and answered all questions concisely. I would recommend this facility to friends and family I would have to say the negative was office organization. The sign on the first floor stated all exams were being completed on the second floor. We were, however, directed into the first floor waiting room. Two other individuals were as well. The desk was dark and empty though a number of different staff members told us to stay and they would get the receptionist. After 20 minutes we were directed upstairs. This made me late for my appointnent

The person checking you in was very nice and courteous. The technician checking my eye pressure was professional and courteous. The technicians that did my scan and tests were professional and courteous. I received a shot in my eye and the Dr did it flawlessly. The wait time was long but it always is due to many patients. I trust the office with my eyes.

No problems with the staff or doctors. I have been a patient there for years along with my late Father. Dr.Nairn is the best. My complaint is with the people in Ocli's billing department. Was billed for a copay and procedure that was done in July that was billed incorrectly according to one of the employees at the West Mifflin office. 3 months later I'm still getting invoices and no one in the billing department returns multiple calls to explain what the charges are for.
