Worst experience they told me my glasses was back the end of the day went to pick them up the next day nobody would wait on me stood there asking for help for 20 minutes had to leave without them. Worst service and very rude customer service. I will not be back to this site in Whitehall. Got my glasses she talked me into spending $80 out pocket for blue glare or something get the glasses I don't know what I even paid the money for I did say a few times I wanted to stay within my budget she kept telling me what I needed I don't even think it's worth the fight to try to have them fixed I'm ok I will go somewhere else.

We had such a great experience with Ramy! She was so fun to talk to -- it was me, my husband, and our 22-year-old son, and we all had such a good time chatting with her about everything, even football!
We all laughed a lot, and she made the whole experience so enjoyable. She helped pick out my husband and my glasses. Love what we chose!!
On top of that, she saved us a ton of money from what we thought we'd spend, and even gave my son a trial pair of contacts until his come in. We absolutely loved our time there with her -- she's fantastic!

Great place for glasses! I got my eye exam and a new pair of glasses recently and service is always great, I got seen quickly and didn't have to wait around much at all. They also accept a lot of different insurance options and I was still able to have insurance cover my exam and part of my glasses cost after changing insurance this year. Ramy was very friendly and welcoming and helped walk me through the different transition lens options available and made it clear what insurance would cover vs what I would pay. Would highly recommend!

Ordered a pair of transition glasses. Somehow ended up with only sunglasses. So I let them know of the mistake. Instead of processing a refund I had them order a whole new pair. Guess what. Plain glasses. Again no transition!! Clearly, listening to your one job, is incredibly hard. What a joke.

Only went here out of necessity as most chains are more expensive & not very thorough... was hoping I would be surprised but my experience just confirmed my concerns. Also seemed like the salesperson had some sort of commission incentive as I was not given the choice to switch to a cheaper brand of contacts & I felt like I was given misleading pricing on polycarbonate lenses and my insurance discount.....there are better options out there for sure... live & learn
***update*** - unless you are gonna offer some sort of refund, whats the point? do your own research on how crappy your whitehall store & your services overall are.
