Overall a good experience. Staff was and always has been pleasant and helpful. However I'm not a fan of the digital doctor visit. Very awkward and uncomfortable speaking with a doctor on a video screen while one of the technicians stayed in the room to operate the video system and optical instrument.

The exam and the employee expirence was great. The ladies were kind and courteous. The wait time was abhorrent. I had to wait at least 30 minutes to pay for my exam. The store manager was the only associate on the floor other than the Dr at the time of checkout. I do understand that payroll hours may be limited but it's disgusting that a company will put an entire store's responsibility on one person. I commend the manager who kept her composure to ensure a swift and pleasant experience for everyone.

Very thorough exam. It was my first eye exam in years and Dr. Fahey took her time, explained everything along the way, and answered my many questions. I didn't feel rushed, and I appreciate that at any doctor's office. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and her warmth is what every patient needs. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Dr. Fahey is great, but Kim wasn't helpful at all. I felt rushed to make a choice about frames and she answered my questions about insurance coverage with an attitude, as if I should know the answers myself. I left without selecting glasses..I'll just go somewhere else.

Displeased no onsite Dr. And eas not told till the day of appointment. Could not get a full exam, dialation not done, cause no onsite doctor.

Fantastic experience! Dr. Fahey was able to get me in within 24 hours, do a comprehensive exam, and get me set up with contacts for an upcoming trip. Friendly, no sales pressure, and great communication. I'm really grateful for this experience especially during the busy holiday season. I'll definitely be continuing to care for my eyes at this location.
