Before WP opened their Lehigh Valley Mall store I purchased many pairs of glasses on their website without ever an issue. The store staff are amazingly helpful and friendly people. As a low vision person their help identifying, selecting and adjusting glasses is without peer. You just go in and they take care of everything. Like my experience on the phone with them, they clearly have a customer service model which is truly all about getting it right the first time and making it right if there are any issues. The product is great, the prices are more than competitive and the customer service is exemplary.

Always an amazing selection of lenses. The staff is super helpful, and will give feedback (if requested) to help make a decision. They're reasonably priced, too. I received my glasses and the level of 'progressives' and where the line hit was so PERFECT I couldn't believe it. Most comfy pair ever. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Everyone was very helpful when my wife was choosing her glasses. There were so many options that she liked it was hard to decide! Prices are super reasonable where a lot of the extras are included, I would have had to pay extra at a competitor for scratch protection and anti glare. They were also very helpful with the insurance benefits process. Highly recommend!!!!!

This was my first time trying Warby Parker, and I'm really impressed! I had a great shopping experience at their location at the Lehigh Valley Mall in Allentown. The customer service was excellent, and I appreciate that the sales associates didn't hover. I took my time trying on different glasses frames without feeling pressured. Once I found the right frames, the process to purchase and order them was so quick and easy. I couldn't believe how affordable they were too. 10/10 shopping experience. I will definitely be recommending them to people I know!

I like WP's product, so my tendency would be to give a good review based simply on that. BUT, I had to drop a 5-star review because this store provides A-1 top-notch service. The staff was very helpful as they assisted me with my new selection, they cleaned my old glasses and now they look new, and when my order arrived before the expected date and my frames needed a slight adjustment WP took care of that promptly and happily. I read through a couple of the 1-star reviews before writing this and wondered if those customers were even on the same planet. WP Lehigh Valley is a great option.

highly, highly recommend this location. Why? Well, the team here is amazing! They've helped me countless times - tightening and fixing my frames - especially after I accidently sit on them (it happens). They are always so patient and take the time to clean and adjust everything so my frames fit perfectly and sparkle like new. The selection of glasses is incredible - try before you buy - with something for every face shape and style. I only need readers and blue light lenses but they also do full prescriptions, which is great. And you can trust this review - I own 5 pairs of glasses - and love them all!
