In August 2025, I visited the store for a routine eye exam and purchased a new pair of glasses. Within just a couple of months, the lenses had become horribly scratched -- despite the fact that I have cared for them exactly as directed, using only running water, a small amount of soap, and the microfiber cloth provided with my purchase. The rapid deterioration of these lenses strongly suggests that an inferior lab is being used in the manufacturing process. My lenses are covered under warranty, so I contacted the Whitehall store to arrange for replacements. I was told the earliest appointment available would be sometime in April -- nearly two months away. This is completely unacceptable. Had I simply walked into the store to order a brand-new pair of glasses, I have no doubt the turnaround time would be approximately 10 days. Why should a warranty customer be penalized with a two-month wait? I then contacted LensCrafters' main headquarters, where a representative named Mikka informed me that "whatever comes up on the computer is what it is" and that nothing could be done on their end. That response is dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly insulting to a loyal customer. I have been wearing glasses for over 60 years and have patronized many optical retailers over that time. I have never encountered service this poor -- substandard lens quality combined with a complete unwillingness to make things right in a timely manner.

Tanya (employee there) was sooooo extremely patient and kind to me. I have a lot of anxiety around picking out frames due to they can feel good in the store but after wearing them for hours you realize they might not be a good fit. We no longer have a Lens Crafters in Lebanon anymore so we are a good drive a way. I was so undecided and throughout it all she remained patient, professional and empathic to my situation.

The LensCrafters' team in Whitehall, PA. is terrific. I cannot praise enough the exemplary service provided by Christa. She is EXTREMELY thorough, detailed and provided outstanding customer service. The store manager (Dan) also provided great service from my visit over a year ago and my latest visit this past week for new glasses. To complement things, Dr. Newcomer is extremely knowledgeable and his staff is very friendly and service oriented. The bottom line: The experience at LenaCrafters in Whitehall provides outstanding service, follow-up on delivery, and they do what is right to ensure satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

Great service and super helpful and friendly! From the time I got there till I picked up my new glasses they all were great! They greeted me even though they were with someone else and the wait time wasn't long to receive service. This being my first time ever having glasses, I had no clue what I was doing and they made it easy! They also gave me all the options and didn't push the most expensive glasses or options. Daniel was great! Weill be back!

Hello, yes I had Debbie when I came in! I usually look for her! She is very good at what she does! Look forward to seeing her ever time I come in for glasses!

I have always had a good experience at this exact location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even show me multiples options on whichever decisions I want to make. They were able to inform/show me how the new transitional lenses work.

Dr. Stochla is always so happy and cheerful ... it makes visiting the doctor feel a lot less uncomfortable. She was very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and helpful in her advice for eye drops and reading glasses, besides the safety glasses I specifically went to get. I think she did a most wonderful job!
