I'd like to give a special shout out to Myrna and Rain for their outstanding service. Myrna went above and beyond to help me find exactly the glasses I wanted, including both my eyeglasses and sunglasses. Rain was equally helpful in assisting me with selecting the right style and color. She made sure everything was correct with my lenses and insurance, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Thank you both for making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Your professionalism and care are truly appreciated.

Both of the optometrists in this office are beyond compare. They are very thorough in their examinations and provide quality care. Additionally the support staff provides excellent service in preparation for the visit with the doctor. From the initial check in to the test with the machines followed up by the visit to get fitted for glasses. One of the customer support people that fit you for your glasses that helps you with your decision decisions is named Dana. She does a great job explaining things to you to ensure you're very comfortable with the purchase you're about to make and you understand all the options available and how it will affect the price.

First time here and what a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Dr. Matt was so thorough and kind. Thanks so much! And Rain... well she went above and beyond to help me pick glasses out, helped me with my next appointment and is just an absolute doll... I honestly can't wait to get my new specs!!! This being my very first visit, in the Whitehall, Pa office, I must say it was "Simply Delightful" and an enjoyable visit..Not only was Dr. Mignogna personable but very thorough. Super happy, my insurance was accepted, as well. The staff was friendly, as well as helpful! Amy, especially, had all the patience in the world, as it took me a "long" time, to select the perfect frames, that worked for me. No Rush! No Push! She helped me decide what looked best and she was just funny and friendly. They have a very nice selection of stylish frames.Thanks everyone, for making my time spent in your atmosphere, worthwhile and fun..I will surely recommend this office and Doctor to all family and friends.
