Bucci Laser Vision

I am grateful for the day, I first visited Dr Bucci's office. I'd always been afraid of laser surgery but not only was it the most tranquil experience with surgery. It has been the best thing I have been able to do for vision aftercare with Dr. Mariano is great, he's personable. He puts your mind at ease. He's nice. I recommend Dr Bucci's laser vision in Wilkes barre with all my heart. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating which is why I did not give a rating of zero. My LASIK surgery on the other hand went poorly. Dr. Bucci seemed to be running late getting to the office because by the time he arrived there were 5-6 patients already completed with pre-op care waiting for the procedure. While completing the procedure he said it went beautifully and sent me on my way immediately after without even having me wait for a period of time to make sure I was ok. I was in a tremendous amount of pain when I left, however, having never experienced LASIK, I wasn't sure this was abnormal. After going home and resting only to wake up still in pain, primarily my left eye I went to see my personal optometrist. He informed me that my flap was not replaced properly on either eye and that the surgeon scratched my left cornea, likely with the retractor during the procedure. Luckily my optometrist was able to help the pain with contact like bandages for my eyes. I was disappointed with the end results of my procedure because it felt rushed and neglectful.

The best Care I could have ever wished for. Excellent Doctors who are very kind and listen very carefully to the patient. All nurses and support staff are very kind and professional as well as helpful.

I Recently had cataract surgery and lens implant by Dr Bucci, he's a great doctor (he also did lasik for me 20+ years ago). Dr Mariano did my follow up visits, he is also another great doctor you can trust.

Update: cataract removal highly successful and the follow through from Dr. Bucci's Staff outstanding. In addition, I cannot say enough about Dr. Mariano. He is the very best. Patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Extremely fortunate to be under his after care.
