They took ample time assisting with frame selection, ensuring every option was thoughtfully considered. The experience was so positive that we left feeling confident and genuinely impressed -- she even mentioned feeling like a model and truly beautiful in her new frames. Special recognition goes to Abby and Delycia, whose expertise, patience, and attention to detail truly set them apart. Their professionalism and warm approach made the entire visit seamless and enjoyable. I have also had excellent experiences with other staff members in the past, including Brianna and another team member, each interaction has reflected the same high standard of care. Additionally, the doctor is outstanding: knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. Crystal Vision Center exemplifies what patient-centered care should look like. Very pleasant staff at this Crystal Vision Center location on Rt 309 in Wilkes-Barre PA. Check-in was easy and the ladies helped to select the frames for the glasses for my wife and I. This will remain my go to location for all my eye care needs.

Took over a month to recieve my order. Huge disconnect in customer service. Not a great selection of glasses. The eye doctor was great and friendly.

This Was my first time visiting. And I went with hopes of a good eye exam. After my exam my glasses are ready for pick up. When I went to pick up I was not happy with the way my lenses would show from front and back. My prescription is high and that made my lenses thick. I gave them a call and back in I went. I have never met a nicer bunch of women. Dr. Path ,Sandra, Abby, Leschly and Melissa .Not only did they ALL help me in finding new frames they were honest how i looked in them. While I was there trying on frames we all started conversations over our pets, food and children. It was just nice to walk in and feel welcome and relaxed. Thank you all so much. Your friend Erin G

It was my first time visiting the Crystal Vision Center on Rt 309 and I was so impressed by the experience that I just have to post a review (not something I do often). It had been some time since I had an eye exam and I had some time to kill while I was in town on an errand. While researching on line I saw "no appointment necessary" on their web site so I thought, I'll give it a try and get the long overdue item off my to-do list. Frankly, I wasn't expecting much, but the staff was so accommodating that I immediately felt like I had been their customer for years. Everyone was so personable and professional that in no time at all I was put at ease with the examination process. Dr. Sandra was extremely meticulous, going above and beyond what I have typically come to expect from my other eye exams, what a difference. Then the difficult part, time to pick out new frames. The selection of available frames was incredible and a little overwhelming, but the store manager, J.J., made me feel comfortable and not rushed at all while helping me select the perfect pair (yeah, I tried on a lot of different frames). What a difference from the "assembly line" annual eye exam I've been subjected to in the past. Although I don't have them yet, I'm confident my new prescription lenses will perform to my complete satisfaction (I'm looking forward to the new green transition lens). Many thanks to the entire staff for making me feel at home and setting me up with the perfect frames and lenses!

Went for eye exam and ordered contacts and glasses. This was on January 30th. As of March 6 still nothing. Ended up canceling the order and going elsewhere. Exam was great but their ordering process is a complete mess. They were friendly and nice but whatever process they use to make the glasses and order contacts is beyond ridiculous. 1-800 contacts had my contacts the next day.

I stopped to get my glasses fixed. I was greeted with friendly faces and warm smiles. The young lady had my glasses fixed in no time. She also adjusted my sunglasses. This was my first visit, but certainly not my last. A very competent staff, led by JoJo.

My frames broke just sitting on my couch. I reached out to see what can be done or that I needed to do. Felicia was the initial person I made contact with and from that point forward her customer service and accommodations were excellent! She gave me the information I needed and when I arrived she helped me solve my issue of being temporarily "blind as a bat" having glasses there weren't functional. Thank you for being you!
