Never felt more welcome, the ladies were very nice and the Dr was amazing. I didn't receive glasses, I actually took a family member and the way they help him was Absolutely Great. Dr. Sincavage and staff thank you so much for being Great at what you do, and even better people. Sincerely

First time ever I can actually say I had a great experience at the eye Dr. Dr. Sincavage, is a sweetheart. Your not another number with her. And her staff was just as great. Highly recommend. I won't be going anywhere else again. Dr. Sincavage has me permanently

Great staff at this location! The girls at the front are super hard working,kind and helpful. The eye doctor was the best I've ever seen. The staff really makes this a great location. Big selection of glasses at good prices

Vision Works in general usually a good experience, Fran was absolutely not. Scheduled my appointment loaded in my information online, everything is fine. Morning of my appointment she calls and says 'Did you move recently because the zip code doesn't match the policy when I called to get the info's I say No, I've lived at the same place for 5 years and this is my current employer since 2023. I tried to give her the current Member ID and Group ID, but she cut me off and said I should reach out to my insurance because that's all she can do. If I haven't moved, that's the info the has. Tell her to go ahead and cancel it because this is going to be a pain. Get off the phone literally call my insurance, give them the same information I put on my forms and the lady says 'What did you need? ' I said I truly don't know at this point. She says 'Call Vision Works cause everything is good here on this end' Called back after getting through to Fran and was going to see if she could look into this so I could reschedule. Literally 5 seconds into her sentence, quite easily determined NOT to go back to this location.

I cannot recommend THIS Vision Works in particular. This location has horrible customer service compared to other Vision Works locations. While another store might be happy for your business and the fact you want to come there for your eye needs, but you literally get treated like you're an inconvenience. Have an appointment, clear you day, they will find time to waste. Whether it's right before your appointment, a phone call they didn't get to verify insurance and couldn't figure it out so you've got to call while rushing to your appointment. Won't waste my time with them, their follow up is also terrible. Just overall a bad experience, and I've been using Vision Works for over 8 years in 3 states. Which was the ONLY reason I stuck with them in the first place. Super disappointed.

Friendly, very helpful people. Dr was informative and it was interesting leaning more about eyesight and issues that could arise as we get older. Sales people not pushy, they let ya choose as you wish, id recommend this place to anyone.

I have to be honest, I was totally livid when Visionworks was sold by Highmark BCBS. It seemed like the prices went through the roof and the inventory went down. Nevertheless, I went back and I have to tell you I had a a amazing return. Dr Sincavage was amazing and all the staff were helpful. Smiling and warming.

I felt the doctor listened to my struggles about my dry eye and gave me a solution that no other doctor gave me before. The ladies in the front explained my insurance benefits and helped me go the most cost effective route. I would highly recommend them.
