We visited the location on W Wade Hampton Boulevard on January 19, 2026, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire staff was very welcoming, and they have a fantastic variety of frame styles to choose from. However, the standout was definitely Carmen. She went above and beyond for us; not only did she make sure we found the best-looking frames, but she also worked miracles to ensure the entire package fit our budget. We are incredibly grateful for her help and will definitely continue to be loyal customers. Highly recommended!

America's Best in Greer is the place to go for all of your eyewear needs. Their customer care is incredible and their prices, for all budgets, cannot be beat. Carmen did a phenomenal job helping me pick out stylish frames that fit my face perfectly. She has also helped my 26-year-old daughter and my husband. We are all perfectly pleased. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. From getting my retinas checked, vision checked, to choosing the frames that fit me best and picking the lenses best suited for me, my experience was wonderful. Carmen was so very friendly and personable! She navigated through new technology professionally and made me feel comfortable in the choices I made for my new glasses. Another associate graciously went next door to the burger place and got me a cup of ice water so I could take my medication. Another associate working on the floor offered the suggestion to take a selfie to see yourself in the frames you were choosing instead of just looking in the mirror so you could compare, that was a great and very helpful idea! Overall, I felt like everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in getting my new glasses prescription. Thanks to everyone there who helped me! I highly recommend this office.

Carmen at the Wade Hampton Blvd location in Greer SC gave excellent customer service that was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She went above and beyond to explain all options to me so I could make the best decision for my glasses. I appreciate her and will definitely visit this location again.

I've been with America's best almost 20 years and, this particular establishment, is the only memorable of them all. The energy in the place is unlike any other. Everyone was so happy polite nice caring and just, very warm. To the spectacular management and wonderful women at America's Best of Greer I thank you all graciously for everything God bless

I ordered my glasses 4 days ago and I had came in late and everything but they told me they would be done the next day and now they haven't called or anything and I have a pair of glasses but these are my old ones and hanging on by a thread. Don't get me wrong customer service is good but they told me it would only take an hour to fill them the next day and they still haven't done it. They are still in the lab. This is getting ridiculous I didn't pay close 150 for them not to be filled!!

Carmen was knowledgeable and kind. You could tell her heart was in helping her customers walk out feeling confident with their new glasses!
