Front desk employees were very friendly. The prices seem reasonable. The doctor seems knowledgeable. My only complaint would be how long it takes to get an appointment. I had a problem with my eye, so I thought I would be able to make an appointment sooner as it wasn't an annual visit. But, as of last week, that's not how they work.

The BMW vision center customer service is horrible and the receptionist at the front desk was very disrespectful and rude to both my wife and I!
The way she speaks to the patients that come in is very concerning and is a reflection on the entire staff and leadership of the vision center. Needless to say, I booked an appointment with another center that is not affiliated before my wife's appointment was completed.
Dr. Trisha Roberts - Optometry Director should be concerned with her staff and how her receptionist is interacting with her patients.

Never had a worse glasses experience. When I tried to make a follow up appointment about being unhappy with my prescription they wouldn't. Once they've got the insurance payment and your money, good luck. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere
