I have always had a tremendous experience with every visit. My 4 kids and I all use MyEyeDr. in Greer. Everyone has always been so nice, friendly, and helpful. I have had to use my warranty on glasses that were broken and the office was great about getting my replacement.

I scheduled an appt and completed the required questions/paperwork. I was asked upon arrival about having my eyes dilated and explained that I could not today. When taken back I explained that I was pre diabetic and what medication I was prescribed. Only then was I told that I may not be seen if I could not have my eyes dilated. I ended up having to cancel as the doctor would not see me without dilation because I take medication. I wasted time off of work, had money, driving when you could have emailed, called or had that in the paperwork so I could plan accordingly. I scheduled elsewhere after this.

Lauren is always friendly, helpful and ready to serve you for the last step of your service. For all the years I have been going to this practice she has helped me pick out glasses that would look good on me and she adjusts them for me every time I go in. I look forward to seeing her at each of my visits.
Paula stands out to me also. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
