Very friendly doctors and staff. I will recommend them to all of my coworkers, friends and family. They are very up to date on the latest technology in contacts and glasses lenses. I have been to other offices/stores and I am amazed at how nice and friendly the doctors and the staff are!

I have been going to this eye doctor for over two years and have started to see the customer service desk slide tremendously. We were told the wrong price originally to get contacts with our insurance coverage. It ended up being over $100 cheaper which would've allowed for us to get them earlier than we did. We ordered the contacts and had to buy an extra pair because we were told they wouldn't be in for seven business days only for them to come in the very next day. The staff is very short and rude to customers. It's almost as if they are bothered by assisting others. We will not return and after 2 years will be finding another optomitrist.
