Dr. Hales is truly one of a kind. From the moment you walk into the office, you feel welcomed and cared for (+ scheduling was also easy and flexible). He took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. His kindness and patience stand out just as much as his expertise. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such thorough care with such a warm, reassuring presence. I'm so grateful to have found an eye doctor who not only takes great care of my vision but treats me like a person, not just a patient. Highly recommend!
