Walmart Vision & Glasses

Jennifer was amazing! I went in to check and see if they could replace a screw for my lens that popped out. She was curtious and saw my right away after taking care of another guest. I was so happy with the results and glad she was there to help. I'd recommend Irmo Vision & Glasses to everyone!

I purchased eyeglasses from here a few months ago. The ladies there are patient and kind. They really know what they are talking about and take the time to explain your options. You can tell they have a lot of experience and are really caring. They are not like other places where they act like used car sales people or just don't care. These ladies are very warm and welcoming. I like that they made casual conversation to get a feel of what I was looking for...because I honestly wasn't sure. I recommend everyone I know to come see them. It was also nice that I spent a lot less money for better eyeglasses than at the other places I have been before. I also never knew I could get sunglasses in my prescription until the ladies asked me about sun protection. I am REALLY enjoying my stylish prescription, polarized, progressive sunglasses and don't know how I have lived without them all these years. I get so many compliments on both pair of my eyeglasses. They don't"hover" when you just want to browse. But are attentive enough to know when you need help and to point you in the right direction and to make suggestions. Oh, and I also appreciate that the ladies are completely honest with what looks good and what doesn't. I am so glad they opened this new vision center and more glad that these wonderful ladies are the ones working there.

I haven't had insurance for glasses in some years. Kimberly, a very pretty and professional young woman assisted me in my understanding of the coverage of spectacles. She was very knowledgeable in the specifics of my coverage as I required specifics on my lens. Highly recommended and will undoubtedly return.

So this is my first time at Walmart vision and my last. The doctor was nice but the manager Seneca was the worst. I got done with doctor went to pay asked what insurance paid. He said he call me and said I choose self pay. He never even asked on phone all he said was if I was coming to appointment. I said why would I ask what my insurance pay. Then he ripped the paperwork out of my hand and said then you don't need the eye prescription. I didn't say I wasn't going to pay the little amount of 80.00. Who rips paperwork out of someone's hand like that over 80 dollars. Lol !! I will never use walmart vision big mistake.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, I had just gotten my vision checked and needed glasses no only did they help me find the perfect pair, Kim Lee even helped me learn how to wear contacts and still helps me Put them in when I can't.. overall amazing

Kimberly and Melissa are awesome, I love my glasses and I really appreciate all the help that I got from these lovely ladies. The prices here are great and the selection is huge. I would highly recommended this vision center. A+
