The doctor I saw was great. But I came back in and ordered the other 6 months worth of contacts I got 6 months for one eye and 3 months for another. So I asked about it and one of the ladies at the desk told me they were for 6 months I would just need to change them out every month. The other contacts came as usual with 12 to change every 2 weeks. I got home and they are all the exact same contacts I have always gotten (12 of each), so I know she lied to me. I knew she was lying while I was there. Well now she is still sticking to it, so I got my prescription and have to get more (spend more money) so I have enough for the 6 months. Consultation prize is Costco has the same contacts for $32 when she wanted to charge me $60 for the same thing. I tried to stay with a local company but I will not go back here.

This place is much larger on the inside than it looks from the outside. They have a HUGE selection of glasses and other products to choose from. Also, the employees here are very friendly and welcoming. I like the fact this establishment deals with more specialized eye care products that not too many other places carry. For example Synergeyes lenses, these are really hard to find anywhere else. They also have a little play area for smaller children. Being a parent, it helps. Overall, I really like this place. The one area I wish there was improvement on is in the communication. I was told that my contact lenses were ready, so I went to pick them up, only to learn that I was supposed to make an appointment to pick them up...? Why did no one tell me this over the phone when I was told my contacts were in? Why? Better communication would have nabbed them 5 stars.

Dr. Cannon and his staff were incredibly charismatic and welcoming as I was a new patient. He listened to what I had to say and made the atmosphere very enjoyable. I will and would recommend this clinic to anyone needing great eye care!

I have been using them for years. They are the best and have worked with me on everything. Heather has been helpful with and for me even when i'm in a crunch with my daughters glasses and my schedule. I can shoot her a message and she takes care of me right away. She is familiar with the shape of my face and will call/email with suggestions when she knows i'm in the market for a new pair of glasses. The entire staff is just super friendly and they help when my daughter has to be there while i'm getting an eye exam. Both Dr.Cannons are upfront and honest with care/suggestions and i've enjoyed using them for about 10+ years now.

I had the worst experience ever at this company. I normally wear glasses and went in this time for contacts. The contact lens were new to me and hurt my eyes. I explained what was happening and the Dr. didn't believe me. She was determined to make me keep the prescribed contacts. When I asked why she didn't believe me she then change the contact brand. I explained to her I'm not familiar with the practice of optometry and I needed her to explained how the contacts work. She got irate with me and refunded my money back and will no longer serve me at this office. It was so crazy because our whole relationship went left because I said the contacts made me dizzy. This was not professional work practice. I just hope no one else have this kind of experience with this company.
