Not only is Dr. Hypes, totally professional, communicative, thorough, but is surrounded by a staff of very personable people. Everybody also looks at you when talking, and are very sociable, pleasant and equally professional. The appointment times are always honored. Add the pleasant and calming atmosphere and central location, and you leave assured you have been seen by the best.

Most staff members were somewhat friendly, but not what I would consider "warm". They were all thorough and professional though, which is the more important part for me and, I would think, for most others. One young lady, the person who did the retinal scan and pictures was the exception... very friendly, jovial, engaging, yet still very professional, so these things are clearly not mutually exclusive. Dr. Hypes was thorough and professional as well, and took the time to do a personal eye exam, consider the scans previously obtained, and then explained his findings in detail. He also took the time to communicate with my primary health provider about some follow up recommendation. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit.
