The entire staff at H Rubin Vision Center is exceptionally friendly and skilled. Everyone was welcoming and professional. The office runs like a well-oiled machine. What stood out the most, though, was how personable everyone was. They didn't just rush me through the appointment; they took the time to have a genuine conversation and make me feel valued as a person, not just another patient. The equipment is also state-of-the-art, and I felt completely confident in the care I received. An all-around wonderful experience. Y'all Rock!

The process was awesome. From the time we walked in until we left it was pleasant and the staff was awesome. The smiles and helping my children pick out their glasses was great. The eye doctor and the staff were welcoming. I will be back for future eye appointments.

5 star, hands down, all the way!!! I was a patient for many years then switched to a place in cola only bc my mom found a program that helps with eye exam costs & at rhe time I needed all the help I could get. Since then ive seen a few other eye Dr's at other eye centers from cola to oburg & just wasnt finding the love & care I knew at the oburg h rubin center. Was time for my annual exams, Called h rubin last week about an appointment, was seen asap this week. Arrived early to appt, was seen right away. Every single employee was friendly and sweet! They make sure you know what is going on the entire time which is helpful and easing. They make sure you leave happy & satisfied. They dont just sell you eye glasses that are expensive and what u think youll like; they make sure its a perfect fit and the best looking/comfortable. They even help you out with discounts and payment plans. I absolutely love dr spittler & all the ladies working for him!! Dr spittler, as well as his assistants, are so gentle and informative with their words and actions. it was truly a pleasure to be back at (home) at the orangeburg h rubin today! Thanks yall!! I had one of the most amazing eye visit in my entire adult life. I haven't been to this location in over 30 years. Everyone was super duper amazing. Dr. Spittler is the best O.D. I will definitely be returning and I will highly recommend H Rubin vision center in Orangeburg SC.

All of the staff are very nice and super helpful as always. Very little wait time no matter what time your appt is. Been going here for many years and it's always a good experience.

Request a eye exam be fax to my primary physician a week ago. During my doctor's appointment today I realized they did not receive it,so I called while waiting to see my doctor and was told it would have to be sent on tomorrow. Well to me that wasn't handle professionally. I was told it could not be sent because the doctor was not in. Customer care is key.

If I could leave a 0 I seriously would! This place is HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT accept this Drs' diagnosis as your final result PLEASE! He is also a very cold and non empathetic person. I took my mother here for an exam and was told that she was blind in one eye due to a parasite eating the tissue from the eye. He was VERY careless, and very very rude and cold about his "diagnosis". Finally, I took her to a specialist in Charleston and was told other wise, AND come to find out she is NOT blind and has peripheral vision! Rubin never advised on any eye care, never referred to anyone else, did not give any tips or guidance. Diagnosis was WRONG and he also gave her the wrong prescription in the glasses purchased. He didn't even bother putting ANY medicine in one lens due to her being "blind". The new eye specialist who's name I wont list says that he did not understand how this doctor could advise her of any "parasite" like diagnosis when the xrays taken FROM Rubin to him ( due to me requesting copies), looks NOTHING like the disease he proclaimed my mother to have. RUN DON'T WALK!!!!RUN!!!
