While Dr. Crest, was very thorough, his office girls are very SLACK! I went for a contact exam on 2/24/17, he gave me a trial pair of contacts, wore them for a week, called the office and let them know those were good, to go a head and order them. The office was only ordering a 6 months simply due insurance cost (and their cost), so I took it upon myself to order the rest of the 6 month simply from 1800 Contact (which was about 125$ cheaper; also 1800 contacts informed me they would have to verify my prescription, which they did). I receive those contacts in two days. However, one of the ladies in Dr. Crest's office informed me that it would take 3-5 days to get them. Well, I guess something happened along the way and here it is going on three months since my exam, and still have yet to receive the rest of my contacts. I called back this morning and she informed me that I had never called to verify that I was comfortable with the contacts, and to tell me that prescription I order through 1800 contacts (which they had to verity by them) was incorrect. I've never had this kind of experience at eye doctor's office before. Don't waste your time. I know I will not be going back!!!

Friendly staff and a great Doctor..Would highly recommend to anyone who needs glasses. .Patient and kind.
