The staff were very nice, patient, and helpful. I always enjoy coming yearly. I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Dean takes his time with every patient. He asks questions about any problems I have been experiencing over the past year. He discusses how my eyes have changed over the past year. The staff are very nice and patient. They help me finding the right pair of glasses. They go over the charges and what the insurance pays.
