I brought my neice and nephew in as they have lost both parents and are in fostercare while I am fighting for custody. The kindness and care that Dr. Ferguson, Andrea, and Holly showed to them was absolutely beautiful. They felt good just getting basic care and being treated with such priority. It is unforgettable. Thank you for treating the kids like they matter as they have been through so much.

I have been going to Dr. Ferguson for 30+ years and still continue to drive two and half hours one way for an appointment with him. He is a very knowledgeable, innovative, progressive, top of his game eye doctor that truly looks out for the health his patients eyes. His staff are always friendly and respectful and greet you with a smile when you come in.

THE BEST! I've gone here since I was a kid and I can't explain how attentive and informative they are! I've seen both Dr. O'Neal and Dr. Ferguson and they are both amazing. From the front desk to Aniyah (she's the best tech). I've just always been thankful for how smooth my appointments are

I scheduled an appointment for 8:50am. I arrived and there were 2 people up at the counter with a receptionist. 2 other women were behind the counter but weren't helping, I assumed they weren't able to check people in. I waited roughly 5-6 minutes when 1 of the 2 patients with the receptionist sat down, and that's when the 2nd person then checked in as well. A few minutes go by, and as that 2nd person went to sit down, FINALLY those 2 other women who were sitting there looking up at me and those behind me go "I can help whoever is next!" I waited 10 minutes for them to have been able to help the whole time? I was quoted $40 (max) on the phone after they checked my insurance during booking my appt; and when I made it to the counter the woman seemed annoyed until I gave her my name and she flipped a switch of being "super nice and friendly" since I was a new patient. She then goes to have me sign saying I'll pay $99 for a "full medical exam" saying my insurance wouldn't cover it, and an additional $10 VISION INSURANCE COPAY. Why are they using my medical insurance for a normal eye check up?? Don't buy into this scam. Don't use medical and unless you have a real eye medical issue, don't do their full medical eye exam. I was so annoyed by the entire experience, and told them to just cancel my appointment. I got an appointment with Sharp Vegas family vision center later that day, and saw them the next day. Best experience, friendly and helpful staff and the doctor is so kind, personable and fun. I asked them if it was normal for Dunes to have this kind of negative scammy vibe and fake customer service, they said they've heard about it but couldn't confirm (very professional). Steer clear. You shouldn't need medical insurance for an eye appointment. And their frames are extremely expensive... go anywhere else. Take your script and buy frames from online if you have to. Just don't go here. If it feels scammy, fake and like you're being set up, it's because you are. I work in cybersecurity and I catch scams for a profession, and the behavior here was off the charts alarms and not in a good way. Run, don't walk.

I went to see Andrea at Dunes Eye to have a new pair of glasses adjusted. I saw her early in the morning, and again the same day in the early afternoon for a different issue. Both times she solved my problem, was super attentive and patient, and had incredible attention to detail with my frames. She was phenomenal throughout the whole process.

Today was my first appointment with this clinic. The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. Dr Ferguson was great. He took the time to explain everything to me. Everyone in this office is great and I would highly recommend Dr Ferguson.

Dr Ferguson is professional and knowledgeable. His staff is always friendly and helpful. He has helped me with my dry eyes for the last 6 years and always makes sure my type two diabetes is not causing any damage to my eyes.
