Dunes LASIK Center

LASIK has been on my radar for years. After researching my options, I discovered the doctors at Dunes LASIK were the best. After only 48 hours, back at work, seeing clearly, feeling great with ZERO regrets. Exceptional care, service and value! A+++

I wanted to wait before I gave review, but, I think it would be in the greater good to do it now. I WOULD NOT recommend going here for Lasiks. The only one who seems to have a great sense of order is Dr Ferguson. Unfortunately the surgery was not successful and they had to 'tweak' it guess it happens..saw few people from original apt so guess need a lot of fixing..which is fine ..not really but the horrible thing is scheduling..you don't set an ' appointment' you set up a duration of ' you may be seen within half an hour cause we ALWAYS over schedule or don't communicate with staff. Anytime I set an appointment I either get a call that they have to reschedule, or they give me wrong time or date, or you get 4or 5 calls several txt message and of course from a different person from staff. If I could go back, I would have paid the extra few hundred and gone to Sioux Falls. I mean, how bad is it when on day of surgery the actual doctor has to tell the schedule staff they gave wrong date while patient' who was me, all Xanax and can't see' is standing there in a daze. Had an appointment and was promised I'll be in and out in 10 min. So went on coffee break from work and waited...waited ten min in waiting room with 6 other people ended up having to leave.. I do recommend LASIK..just not here unfortunately.

The best of the best when it comes to laser technology.... at an affordable price! No wonder they are Siouxland's Choice for LASIK.
