While the dr I had the last few years was amazing their policies are very crooked. They want me to pay them for my prescription to be sent to me. I have no outstanding bills there either so its not a past due balance that needs to be paid for before they give me my prescription.

Consistently rude and snobby to my son and me in the glasses dept. Multiple visits to try glasses on or simply ask questions coupled with unanswered emails, promises to get back to me by phone that never happened (twice), refusal to get us our prescription when asked and business closing 20 minutes sooner than sign on door says on multiple occasions have left us unwilling to ever return.
It very much felt like they would not get us requested info so we would not purchase glasses elsewhere.
