Dr. med. Corina Roscheisen, Augenarzt in Zurich

I recently attended a dry eye clinic at Corina Roscheisen. The staff were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. The equipment is very modern and the results of all tests and future treatment options were explained to me in detail by the optometrist. Optional procedures were offered in a very friendly way - the receptionist and optometrist made it clear what was optional vs. necessary, and what was included in my health insurance and what was not. A very good first impression. Hoping my future treatments go as well as the initial consultation.

I am a patient of Dr. Roscheissen; she is extremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of Herr Ehrbrich, the person in charge of contact lenses. After the first consultation, I had to call several times to get the wrong lenses. After reporting that I could not see with the lenses received, I was told he was on holiday (perfectly OK). He returned on Sept 3rd. I have called four times and never received a callback. I was told he ordered new lenses (??), which will take at least three weeks (???)--a pity for a praxis that I had in high regard.

Extremely horrible experience and incompetent customer service! I had an eye injury in left eye and was taking the treatment from USZ and wanted to get second opinion on my treatment. The staff booked my appointment with a doctor that couldn't speak english at all so we couldn't discuss anything about the treatment options etc. which was the whole point of the appointment. So I canceled my follow up appointments there and continued my treatment with USZ. I was happy with the USZ treatment and glad that I was done with this clinic. But they booked a follow up appointment for me even though I never asked for it. Now they are sending me invoices (5-10 franks) for the time that doctor had to spend on reading my case which seems like a scam tbh. I would highly recommend people to look for other eye clinics before even considering this practice.

Absolutely terrible experience. Not at all recommended. The doctor didn't speak English and didn't try to understand the issues at all, in the end stamped a bill of 268 franks for me to pay out of pocket. Edit: Response to the owner. As I recall, the doctor was frustrated by us, and we felt like we are overstaying our welcome, I tried very patiently to tell her about all eye issues, but she wouldn't listen. She finally went out and got the receptionist to talk to me, who asked me "Herr Singh, what's you last question". I just laughed at *Last question*.

I was at the clinic for the first time, on the recommendation of my in-laws. At the reception a very nice team in the pre-service and helpful. Soon we were punctually attended by Mrs. Saskia Marx which caught my attention at all times. I have never seen a professional with so much talent to work with children. I have good relationships with other professionals, but Ms. Marx has a supernatural talent, very polite, but her ability with her work has to be registered here. I thanked her with all my heart, but one piece of advice I leave for the clinic, is to recognize all the work and that Ms. Marx herself can be a teacher to teach her skills and talent to other young people and leave a legacy for the next generation. Keep going Mrs. Saskia Marx, for you will succeed in everything you do in this life, with the love you have delivered in this work. Congratulations to the whole team.

A very bad experience with the people at the reception desk. Rude and not at all with a client-oriented attitude. On the contrary! My interaction with them was on 10. February 2023, afternoon. I am not able to say anything about the doctors, because I didn't have the chance to get to one of them, thanks to appointment cancelation done by the receptionist. Disappointed!!!!

I would like to thank Dr. med. Corina Roscheisen and team on the care and attention and professionalism. Threw consultations and control you and your team alleviated the cut on my eye and deep pain and pressure. Once again thank you very much Dr.med. Corina Roscheisen and team on the exemplary care in looking after me top class!!!

I had a very good experience with Dr. Roscheisen and all of the surrounding team. Friendly, open and professional. Recommended.
