I am joining the large group of people who say "I should have done it before." I really should have! I only decided once my contact lenses started giving me trouble. I checked three other clinics but team in YouSeeZuri really took their time and answered all my questions. They of course hear the same questions all the time, but despite this they were so patient with me. And I really appreciated that, because for me, this WAS the first time, and they seemed to understand that. I did femto-LASIK beginning of November 2025 and though the first few days needed adjustment, soon after my sight was better than I ever had with lenses. I could see leaves on tree tops far away! Five months in, I barely even think there was a time I couldn't see well. I am grateful to YouSeeZuri team for their diligent, precise and kind work.

I had a great experience with YouseeZuri and received excellent care at what I consider a very fair price. I initially went in looking for the best possible eye surgery procedure, and having read somewhere that SMILE was the gold standard, I was slightly surprised (and honestly a bit put off) that it wasn't recommended or offered to me during my first consultation. I even visited another clinic in Zurich that specializes in SMILE, but after a few rounds of "debates" with ChatGPT and some further reading, I realized that while SMILE is an excellent and very safe option (all these procedures are), it tends to achieve slightly lower long-term correction outcomes compared to alternatives like LASIK or Trans-PRK: lower chances of higher than normal (100%) visual acuity. I realised each option had some downsides: - Trans-PRK: long ish recovery period - Lasik: flap (tiny tiny risk of it ever dislodging but I am a very anxious person) - SMILE: lower chance of higher than normal visual acuity In the end, I opted for Trans-PRK, and I'm glad I did. The procedure itself was completely painless and I was in and out of the operating room in about 10 minutes. Recovery was much easier than expected: I followed the prescribed drops, had the surgery on a Friday, and was back at my office job by Monday (with sunglasses). I was told I recovered faster than average; my epithelium had fully closed in under two weeks, and I was cleared to resume sports shortly after. At my one-month follow-up, I measured 120%, nearly 150% in my left eye, which used to be -2.5, and my vision has kept improving since. I'd like to sincerely thank the entire team and especially Dr. Andreas Sikau for their professionalism, clarity, and patience in helping me navigate my (very personal) pre-surgery anxieties. Highly recommended 10/10.

The entire Staff is overall welcoming, friendly and professional, this clinic operates like well oiled machine. I was a good candidate (mild myopia, thick corneal tissue) and got recommended FEMTO-Lasik surgery. My results are great, but not completely perfect:200% vision on my left eye, 150% on my right eye, which might still improve further. I didn't quite like the analysis I received about that: "we aimed at 150%, we just got the left eye even better than we wanted" which makes no sense to me and even sounds a bit disrespectful (why would anyone aim for a sub-perfect result?). I would have rather heard an explanation such as "We don't always achieve perfect results, it is to be expected to have some slight deviation from the desired outcome" (as long as it is true and it makes sense). To be fair: I can see very well and I am happy with the results, hence 4 stars (very close to 5). Also: they don't directly ask to leave reviews (which is a plus).

Very fast process with clear and honest communication. After the initial check-up they detected a small retinal hole and delayed my LASEK surgery until it was solved. I did that minor surgery at IROC first, and then the LASEK surgery went very well with no complications. I'm now at the 3 month check-up and it was confirmed that I maintain the better than 20/20 vision. Swiss quality and efficiency! Thank you!

Best decision ever! Friendly and competent staff. Detailed and informative consultations. Smooth experience from beginning to end. One month post-OP, I now see 200%, and dryness is already minimal.

Good experience. This clinic consciously practices price dumping and they admit it during the consultation. It's good if you are a patient well within average for laser surgery. My experience was good, after one year vision at 150% and little (but not zero) eye dryness. Night vision will not be as good as day vision and they make you aware of this. I used drops for almost 6 months after surgery before being able to go on without.

Had my Trans-PRK here around 5 years ago. I checked beforehand with different clinics to get multiple opinions, as I had poor eyesight (-8) and was terrified of the procedure anyway. They were the most honest with me about the options, the result, the risks and the pain. I could tell they wanted me to be fully aware and make my own decision, rather than just make money off me. That made me feel the safest. Absolutely happy with the result, still. It was like a new life.

Excellent clinic, with professional employees and very good know how. I had very high myopia (about -7 dioptry per eye) and now I see better than with contact lenses. Obviously the result is also patient-dependent, but the staff performed the examination and procedure with extreme professionalism.
