The best experience I've ever had with a doctor. Dr. Wolf is an amazing and very experienced physician! She is very kind, compassionate, and truly patient-centered, while keeping the highest level of professionalism. I was very nervous because she was operating on my eyelid, but she gave me confidence throughout the entire procedure. She calmly explained every step and made me feel safe and reassured. The result is even better than I could have imagined. I truly have no words to thank her for her care and dedication. I am extremely happy with how my eyelid looks now. I would go back to her without any doubt and highly recommend her.

I had an amazing experience at the Swiss Eye Clinic with Dr. Ute Wolf. Right from the start, everyone on the team made me feel at ease. Prof. Dr. Wolf is an exceptional doctor and also super friendly, which made a big difference. I was nervous about the eye procedure, but she explained everything very clearly, so I felt calm and safe. The aftercare was fantastic too, Prof. Dr. Wolf even called me personally in the evening to see how I was doing! If you need eye care, I highly recommend this clinic. They are truly the best in Zurich!

Probably a very good clinic, but if you ask patients to call you in advance in case of emergency, and nobody picks up the phone number on your website for two hours (on a workday during office hours) then maybe you are not very serious about the delivery of care.

Prof.Wolf is very pretty and a nice person. But speaks very quietly. Her assistant isn't top of friendliness. The Assistant is so impolite, she came to the room during the consultation, very unhappy. And told that the next client is waiting. Excuse me, but I'm a client as well. It's Professor consultation. And it's simply impolite. Second upset. It's that they wrote something such, that insurance answered, that they won't pay a penny! How is it possible? Few years ago, the hospital wanted to make the surgery. I was afraid and waiting for someone special. And got the answer "go away". I pay expensive insurance. And at the end, ophthalmologist wants 5 times more money for that, what from another specialist cost 5 times less. It's very pity. Loosing time. And after these, what should I do? Pay extra? Because after that letter, the insurance doesn't want to pay even for the hospital. Very sad.

I am from Barcelona and I had some problems on the eyes. I went to the Swiss Eye Clinic by chance and the team immediately took care of me and very profesionally they diagnose and treat my disease. I'm very gratefull of what they did for me today.
