Dr Ballard always takes time to ask about any issues I might be having and explains test results in detail. They have a great selection of frames when I need new glasses. Dr. Ballard and his team are very good ... I lost my LONG time eye doc to retirement a year ago, so I've only gone to Ballard Vision 2x now, but they use top-notch exam equipment (no dilation) and Dr. Ballard is exceptional in explaining what all the photos show and he's made me comfortable with his practice...which is saying something, since my previous doc was a friend and my doc for nearly 30 years.
