I had started experiencing floaters in one eye. Dr. Smith discussed options for diagnostic testing. I appreciated her checking to see what costs Medicare would cover, so I could make an informed decision. The testing was very thorough and I was relieved to discover my condition was not serious and required no treatment at this time. I felt no pressure at anytime to purchase anything. Both Dr. Smith and her assistant were super friendly, too. I was advised to return if anything further developed, which I will certainly do. They have earned my trust!

UPDATE: July 10, 2025
When I went in for a recheck on my eyes yesterday, Dr. Smith mentioned to me that there are new lenses called Neuro lenses. She has a virtual neuro tester which showed I have this problem where my eyes are trying focus and can't. These new lenses should allow my eyes to focus and fix the depth perception problem. I will keep you posted when I get them back ok in 3 weeks.
Dr Smith is professional, kind, she really cares for you. Her staff is also wonderful. I just had an urgent eye issue, they were able to get me in the next day. Truly a wonderful place to find basically any frames you're looking for. Thank you Dr Smith and staff for always making my visits pleasant.
