The timing / availability was convenient and I was happy with the service. I hadn't had an eye exam in over 14 years. Was great to get an exam and order new glasses. I am happy with the pricing, since I did pick out a more expensive frame, and look forward to receiving them in a week or two!!

Dr Lisa is very patient and meticulous. I was given an odd looking prescrption by Vanderbilt and went in to have it corrborated and feel confident that I walked out with the accurate prescription. The eye test equipement is much better than Vanderbilt so I would prefer Target anytime for vision correction visits. Also, Retinal imaging is now eligible for billing to insurance so there should be zero out of pocket expenses for most folks

The exam for my wife and I was very thorough. Dr. Davis was very kind, patient with our questions, and informative. She took a lot of time with my exam and her equipment trying to get the right type of prescription for my needs. It was a calming experience and was appreciated.

Left this exam without trial contacts of my new prescription, no explanation of what part of my vision had changed, no copy of my new prescription, and being told well we can see if this is your new prescription or if you just want to keep your old one after stating I felt like I wasn't seeing as well. I asked about when I could get trial lenses with the new script since they didn't have mine in stock and the front office ladies really didn't have an answer for me. Still have no answer about that. Overall a poor experience. You're required to have retinal photos taken but they say they will not dilate your eyes for examination despite this being the gold standard of care. I don't feel like my eye health was properly assessed and my appointment felt like a rip off and I wish I had chosen elsewhere.

Definitely recommend this Optometrist and office. The exam was efficient and thorough, she addressed questions and explained everything so well. The whole staff was great and researched my confusing insurance to find my best discount options. I am very happy I scheduled this appointment.

We love Dr. Higson! She is professional and friendly. She and the office staff also helped my son learn to put in contacts -- we had already tried (and failed) at another office.

A wonderful experience year after year - friendly, efficient and very professional. Hiram and Dr Bulger have been there a long time and it's great to see the same people!
