Very thorough, patient, and understanding. Didn't give me a hard time when I requested not having my eyes dilated as I was going to have to drive myself out of there and possibly even have to go back to work. She explained that I make an appointment for that at a later time but still was able to thoroughly check my vision and provide a prescription. It will still be a few days before I receive my glasses but I am looking forward to getting them and am confident they will be well worth what I paid for them. Her receptionist was also very kind and helpful as well as performing a few checks on my vision herself. The exam was also significantly less expensive than I had expected.

Use any Optometrist office but this one, the employees are absolutely rude. One young girl that I usually see there is completely disinterested and is always on her phone. I used them once before to get new glasses and they messed up the order twice. I have switched my business to Vision Works on the Parkway and couldn't be happier.

You won't find a better Optometrist. Dr. Nowicki is so thorough. She spends more time in the chair to get the most accurate RX she can for all her patients. On top of that she is extremely kind.

My recent appointment with Dr. Nowicki was outstanding. She is a true professional who creates a very welcoming environment. I was appreciative of how she narrated the exam, providing educational insight on how the eye reacts to dilation. I will certainly be returning to this practice for my eye care needs.

Worth five stars and beyond. Dr. Nowicki provided a very comprehensive exam while going above and beyond to explain aspects of how the eyes function and also explained the purpose of each test that she performed. A substantial improvement in my vision with her prescription. Will absolutely be returning.
