Front desk clerks were very nice, most importantly they knew how to submit insurance information. The equipment looked to be the newest and more state of the art compared to other places ive been. Seen Dr. Carlson in a timely fashion. She was very easy to talk to and she was very knowledgeable. Probably the best experience I've had at an eye dr. I'll definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my experience today with Dr. Elmore! She was thorough with my exam. Selection of my new glasses took a few minutes. I wasn't rushed! It is always a little difficult & nervous switching from a trusted eye care provider to a new one. Not knowing what to expect I chose to. But from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted and felt at ease. The check-in was spot on! The wait time was excellent and everyone smiled! Wow in I world like what we live in, kudos!! Dr. Sarah took the time not only to answer any questions but educate me!! Ginger made great suggestions and looked up my old glasses too, wasn't pushy! To everyone else working this day y'all were Killing it as well!!

These fine folks ( Carlson & Associates) went above and beyond in helping, answering everything about the examination to the choices of lenses, to the finest of frames available. Don't waste your time by the " low price " company's with the "hard to believe prices" only to have hidden costs and when you get your glasses it's either one lens is not right/out of focus, or the other lens is right. Carlson & Associates, (Dr. Gilliam, top class A+) who takes care of the examinations to the folks in Lenscrafters is straight up, knowledgeable staff, and they really care about your eye health.....all I can say is, it's worth the extra money....Bristol Pinnacle....call now....you will see much better...

Everything was great the moment I walked through the door! Very through exam from start to finish. They explained everything they were doing in detail. After I had my exam and got my script I proceeded to go out front to get frame and lens. They took their time with me and didn't make me fill rushed.
