I came in to see about getting my fairly new glasses repaired (purchased in early December). I was taking them off my head & a spring on the hinge broke. They had the same glasses in this store (which I didn't know!) so the associate took my broken glasses & exchanged the lenses!! I didn't know her, nor had I ever seen her before. I have purchased 7-8 pair of glasses from this company, but not always this location. In fact, I bought these in Bristol, & brought them to the Johnson City location--but she didn't know that..I was so impressed with her customer service! I had considered going to an online retailer for lower costs, but THIS is why I'll continue to stay. This NEVER would've been possible with an online retailer. Never. I needed this reminder. Thank you!

Great place for eye care. I've been coming to Visionworks for several years with no issues. Online appointment scheduling is great, weekend appointments is what stands out the most for me I don't have to miss work for appointments. Friendly staff minimal wait time. They have an excellent inventory of all frames styles to chose from. Typical wait time for glasses is about 2 weeks.

Tried calling to make multiple appointments, but their AI "assistant" wouldn't do multiple appointments. Asked to talk to a real person, was put on hold, and the business eventually hung up on me. Called two more times (they are a "preferred" provider with my insurance), and the same thing happened.
Called another business, talked to the human receptionist, and was able to schedule three appointments within five minutes. They are not a "preferred provider", but I'm happy to pay the difference to talk to an actual human.
I realize businesses are switching to AI to replace receptionist duties, but it is terribly annoying.
