My eye appointment with Dr. Cunningham was today and he did an excellent job of checking my eyesight. He was very thorough and professional. I was very impressed. Ronnie Ray did an outstanding job of explaining and helping me make the correct decisions on purchasing my eyeglasses. He explained each step regarding my eyeglasses and made my selections easier. Decided to swing by the newer Bristol location to see about the warranty services on my favorite pair of glasses over the weekend. I was overwhelmingly surprised by the positive service of all three folks I spoke with there, particularly Wade, who not only helped me with the warranty replacement but also helped me get the best deal possible with my not-incredible insurance on a new pair of stylish frames. I'm excited to return next week for the pick-up and to have a site not only closer to my home, but also run by a great team. Thanks for all the help!
