I had been seeing a glaucoma specialist here until the specialist left suddenly. My appointment which was already scheduled was canceled and not rescheduled. That was at least two months ago. My retina doctor sees my pressure is exceedingly high and makes an appointment, telling the clinic it is urgent. I go today and the doctor who saw me said my glaucoma needed a specialist and she wasn't one and I needed to come back. The doctor I saw today was nice but if I needed a specialist before, why did they not schedule my new appointment with a specialist? I can't drive anymore and not only did they waste my time but also the time of my sister who now has to adjust her schedule AGAIN to take me. From my point of view, the Johnson City Eye Clinic does not really care about their patients.
