Will never get another pair of glasses here. After I received my glasses, I saw a duplicate especially of white words on a black background. I let them know and was given an appointment for a re-do. Those were the same thing. I have been wearing the glasses for 2 years now. Knowing they were not right and probably damaging my vision. I pulled out my old glasses I wore years ago tonight and can see better out of them.
My husband also got glasses and they were the kind that had the fishing line type at the bottom of the lens. His lens fell out when he was working one day and he could not find it (construction work). Because the fish line gave way, they charged us close to $250 to replace it. We paid that and about 6 months later, the same thing happened.
We will go back to where glasses are better for us.
In my opinion, 8 month old glasses with a lens secured by fishing line should have not been charged for. (1st pair)
But after paying the cost, the same thing happened.
I would not waste my time not money here.

What a nasty attitude. They claim they're open from 9am-7pm but they can close at any time for however long they like. We drove all the way there but, they were closed at 4pm. Store manager said they all took a late lunch together and would be open in 30 min. 45min later, a woman comes, turns on the lights, and asks us and the other couple in a very nasty voice, "What do you want?" With that, I said "Nothing from you! I'll find a nice polite store with ethics, professionalism, and less attitude to service me." We left after wasting an hour of our time.

Very unhappy with my most recent experience. Ordered some new glasses, the frames that came in were the wrong ones. A week later the replacement frames came in. It was the same frames as they sent the first time. They then wanted to argue about if the frames were different. The frames I ordered were gray, the frames they kept giving me back were leopard print. They then tried to tell me that I must have had had my eyes dilated when I looked at them, which I didn't.
Very disappointed in them and there customer service.

Ordered sunglasses got a call that frames were to big for lenses. Went there and was told I could pay $100 for upgraded lenses that still may not work or can pick smaller frames. I picked 2 pair with smaller frames and she said these may work, we won't know till we try. They could not tell me any ti pick that will work, is hit and miss. If you want to keep going back and back just to order your glasses go there.
