Place was great when Dr sneed owned it. Now they call multiple times to change appts because the doctor has taken on more than she can handle. Get to appointment and was told computer didn't save your appointment but can try and get you in. Then tells you your insurance isn't accepted anymore and that it is at another practice. Take off from work early again to go to appointment and was told that practice doesn't take your insurance either. Very unprofessional. Will not be using any practice owned by Stephanie price again.

Dr. Jensen is an incredible Doctor. She is so thorough, always explaining things in very precise detail. She raised concerns and problem solved unlike any Eye Doctor we have visited before. There's a level of care within this place that's hard to come by these days, but this office is doing it right! The receptionist makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Our family is so impressed. I would give a 10 star recommendation if I could!

I had my first visit at this office today, to say everyone there was extremely nice is an understatement. The entire staff is super helpful and a joy to be around. From greeting me and chit chatting with me as soon as I stepped through the door to helping me pick out frames and going over my insurance plan in which they were very thorough, it was an all around welcoming experience! Dr.Price was very personable, introducing herself and asked a few questions to get to know me, making me feel like I'm more than just another patient.
She took her time to explain things to me, showing me the health of my eyes and how they make that determination, which I loved. I was nervous to see the prices of frames, but very surprised when they were a lot less than I expected and have paid at previous eye doctors. They all thanked me for choosing EssentialEyes, and im so glad I did too! Go and see them!!

Dr Dan Snead is also very friendly, knowledgeable & committed to helping you achieve the best vision possible with understanding & consideration of your individual needs & preferences. I went back 2 or 3 times without any extra charge while trying to get the correct contact lens fitting for my unique situation!
