Such a wonderful experience with great staff! Dr. Bryant and Erica were so attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Bryant did a double check when I informed him that I had recently had a Mohs surgery, just below my right eye for skin cancer. He wants to get it right. And I like that from a doctor. Looking forward to establishing care here!

I had a positive experience with my eye exam. The optometrist was professional and thorough. The ancillary staff was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely return when it is time to have another eye appointment.

First time there. They were awesome. They guy( I'm so sorry can't remember his name) was a big help with my glasses he is very knowledgeable about what lenses work best with the frames I picked out. The receptionist she was new and she was just as sweet as she could be and amazing. The eye doctor's assistant was a very nice lady as well. My appointment with Dr Bryant was great. His prescription was spot on. Patty was great. I've finally found a great place to go for my eye exams.

This was my second year going to the Columbia location, but I will not be back. The tech was very pleasant. The physician, on the other hand, was very short and not friendly. He was not thorough and treated the exam as just another number coming through the clinic. Additionally, I was charged a "spherical fit" when the doctor never once looked at my eyes with contacts in my eyes to examine the lens with the contour of my eye. This is the first time in 24 years that I have not had a doctor examine the fit of a lens on my eye, yet I was still charged for the fit exam. Lastly, every person I interacted with in the building kept saying, "Why are you here today?" in a manner like I was there for a problem or something wrong with my vision. I was unaware that something had to be "wrong" to come to your YEARLY eye exam. Very dissatisfied with a 'comprehensive eye exam.'

The ladies that work up front are SO nice and helpful. Very patient while I tried on what seemed like every pair of glasses they have they also did their best to make sure I was getting a good deal and using all the savings I could. Dr. Dickerson is so nice and friendly as well. Great place for a glasses rookie like myself :)
