I recently had the best experience I've had in a long time at Primary EyeCare. From the moment I walked in, the staff was excellent--welcoming, professional, and efficient. It's clear they truly care about their patients and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I especially want to recognize Michael for his friendly demeanor and outstanding guidance in helping me choose my glasses. His expertise and honest recommendations made the process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciated his help and felt confident in my decision. Overall, it was a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Primary Eyecare to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service.

I was looking for a new eye doctor, and am very pleased with the services provided by Dr. Hall and her staff. Dr. Hall is super friendly and thorough. She takes the time to explain everything and answers all questions. Staff is amazing and knowledgeable.

Their attention to detail and genuine care for my 5yo sons vision made me feel confident he was in the best hands. The exam was thorough, and I truly appreciated the time spent making sure his prescription was just right. I left feeling informed, reassured, and grateful for such excellent care. I have been going to Primary Eye Care for about 15 years now. This summer while home for a quick visit I went for my annual exam and contact prescription. They mailed my contacts to my apartment, this was a full years worth of contacts so the total exam and contacts were over $600. I had no idea that this shipment would not be insured but didn't think much of it until I realized someone walked off with my package. I called to try and get a replacement and was told there was nothing they would do and there was no insurance for the package. They ordered nothing, not even a discount on replacement contacts. They were pretty clear they did not want to do anything to try and make this right. Any other business that ships something of that value would either offer insurance or send out a replacement. Primary Eye offered nothing!! I highly recommend looking elsewhere when looking for a new eye doctor. Our family was not treated well after going there for 15 years.

Our family have been going to Primary Eye care of Columbia for over 15 years now and have always been happy with them. My daughter went for her exam about 2 weeks ago and ordered 1 full year of contacts from them. These were daily contacts so we are talking over $500 with exam and all. The contacts were shipped and delivered but I guess someone in the apartment complex decided to steal them. Now I understand Primary Eye cannot help this but they refused to do anything about it. I am not sure why there was no insurance on this being so expensive or why the company it was ordered from would not send a replacement but all I know is Primary Eyecare would do nothing for us. Again our entire family have been going there for over 15 years! Sorry to say but you lost our business. You should have made sure we received a replacement, any other business would have done so! EDIT: Responding to their response. In their statement they say " We would love the opportunity to fix this issue." Well I did exactly what they asked and sent an email to the manager and I have not received even a basic reply offering any solution. No replacement, no discount, nothing. They may want to look like they will fix it but they have done nothing to make this right. So much for your Christian Values..............

I had my first visit today and I left very satisfied with the service! Maddie was very sweet and explained everything very well. The Dr was friendly and informative. I loved working with Kelley. She is just precious and helped me pick out the perfect frames! 10 out of 10 !!

Great Place! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I am 65 and have been wearing glasses over 50 years and these are the best glasses I've ever had! I can read and not have to pull them off (even though I have bifocals) which is a game changer for me! Thank you soooo much! Return customer here.
