Went to this location after a dentist appointment because I had a scratch on my lens which are under warranty and asked if all stores are Iinked and was told "yes" but when I brought up the scratch I was immediately shut down and was told "no", they couldn't help me and I had to go to Gunbarrel in Chattanooga. RIDICULOUS!!!! I then went to Chattanooga and they were appalled as well!! Yes the Hixson location could have ordered new lenses!!!!!!! Piss poor customer service in Hixson!!!!! I am considering NEVER using Eyeglass world again!!!!

The staff was nice, but if I had known the exam was going to be virtual, I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment. Nowhere on the website does it mention that. Just a heads-up, there are no in-house optometrists at this location.

Martin is SUPPER NICE AND KIND. I went another vision center to tighten up my glasses and they broke them... WHF I literary cried my eyes out since they were my bday present. At that time Martin offered me great deal. He just cut my lenses to fit in new frames. He didnt even charge me for the frames. Definitely visit him again

I will never go anywhere else! Monica is very knowledgeable with years of experience in customer service and optometry. She knows exactly how to measure and help you get the right frame and the right lens. And she helped me replace a frame that I didn't like from two years ago with a frame I like. I'm so grateful to her. And also cudos to Jason in the lab for getting it done while we waited. My husband bought two pairs of glasses from them yesterday and we can pick them up later today. The service is exceptionally good. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I've been dealing with eyeglass places since I was in kindergarten and never have I been to a place more helpful and easy to deal with than this place right here! HUGE shoutout to Martin for being insanely knowledgeable and helpful with the process of helping me get new glasses and sunglasses.
