I'm 84 years old and I have macular degeneration I came to this office because I was told they had glasses that would help me.I got a pair of the biopic glasses.I tried to wear them but couldn't When I was leaving the lady at the front said several times if you need to bring them back, you have to do that within 14 days. I took them back in 12 days. Talk to Scott and then he informed me that I would have to take classes to learn to use them. I told him that I was not told that prior to ordering the glasses or I would not have Order them so he said, let me go talk to my boss and he came back and I went in the front. He made sure he had the correct credit card number and he took the glasses back but now they will not refund the money to the credit card. They have shown a paper that I signed two pages that said no return but I do not remember signing that and I did not have a copy of that either the only papers I had was the charge to the credit card. This is not right after all this mess I was told sometimes it takes two years to learn to use those glasses I 84 now there's no way I left without getting a receipt for the return, but they kept the glasses but they will not refund close to $2000 to my credit card. I'm very disappointed in this place because I trusted them and Dr McBride to do the right thing. I wasn't told the whole story about the glasses what you had to do to use them. The glasses are clear glass they bioptic is on the top of one of the lenses I feel like they should've told me I would have to have training and it would take a while before I ordered them but between me and my daughter she ordered some they got close to $4000 that they will not refund if you go there make sure you have them help you read Whatever you sign because I did not have a copy of that and I could not have read it myself anyway this paper was not signed in the very front of the office cause everything up. There was just the credit card receipts. This is very wrong in my opinion I have limited income, and if these glasses had worked, it would have been great, but they did not just be careful. I thought I was going somewhere. I could trust the people.

We were referred here for my daughter's vision issues. Every staff member is super warm and friendly. We are very grateful for this team. Shout out to Bucky for helping Kai out so much with therapy!

I would recommend Dr.Mcbryar to any of my family! My baby is 8 months old and she did so GOOD WITH MY BABY! She is PHENOMENAL!!! Things I didn't understand she didn't mind to explain. Her nurse Liz was very nice and understanding. The receptionist was nice from the time I walked in till the time she put us in a room. If I had questions she didn't mind answering them. All around the sweetest office staff and best office I've been to!! -Ashley

Dr McBryar is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to figure out what's going on with them. She thinks outside the box to solve their issues no matter how complex. She is warm and friendly and my kids love her.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Homelike atmosphere. Dr. McBryars evaluation was professional and she related so well to my 7 year old son. I'm excited and looking forward to learn more about the therapy program she has planned for him.

Excellent experience. Dr. McBryar took time to fully listen to my issues, to explain the reasons I was experiencing them, and who at steps we could take to alleviate them. For the first time since my stroke, I have an understanding of why I am experiencing my symptoms, the road to recovery, and what devices can help me. She took the time to explain things that my neurologist couldn't be bothered to. She was understanding, compassionate, and thorough. I was not rushed through the office.I feel hope again that my life may eventually return to some sense of normal. Highly recommended.

Dr. McBryar and her staff have been such a blessing to our family! We were referred to their office for a couple issues our daughter was having, and through the therapy process we saw significant improvements! Not only did they address the visual issue our daughter was having, but through therapy we saw a level of confidence in our daughter that we had not seen in a long time. I would strongly recommend Dr. McBryar and her team- they truly do care about their patients!!!

Dr. McBrayer has taken plenty of time with my daughter at each of her visits. She never rushes us. She recommended a therapy that saved us money and was helpful for my daughter. Dr. McBrayer has a great bedside manner and is very personable. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients.
