Dr. Cox was fantastic - couldn't recommend her more. I went in for a standard contacts and glasses prescription renewal, ended up getting the best advice on daily contacts. I've been settling for the same brand I've always used but Dr. Cox pointed me towards much better brands.

I'm so impressed with this store. I had an appointment for 11 AM and I was seeing at exactly 11 AM. I was able to choose two pairs of frames, place my prescription order and I was out the door at 11:15. Matt was especially helpful, as always. He knew precisely what my insurance coverage was and worked to maximize it quickly. And I love my glasses.

I screwed up and went to this place again. Thinking they took my insurance them not telling me I'm actually out-of-network charging me $300 for a pair of glasses. Finally, get a chance to go back in and get new Nose pieces because they put plastic nose pieces on the brand new frames. They have trouble getting one of the screws in then come ask me how old my frames are. Oh, I guess the frame's fault even though they're 6 months old from that store and then I get home and I clean my glasses. And there's a nasty scratch on them. Thanks for screwing up my glasses again. Do yourself a favor do not go to this company anywhere in the country.

Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the exam tech to the doctor. Very pleasant atmosphere was very inviting. I had a mix-up with the appointment and came in at the incorrect time. They were still able to assist me and that was great. I made a mistake and was willing to reschedule, however the doctor was able to see me and I didn't wait long at all.

Will not return. The blue haired lady was very rude and condescending. Looking through your previous reviews, she is specifically named several times as being an issue and the reason behind a low review. Hopefully management will finally take note and take some corrective action before she runs off more customers.

I've purchased glasses here before but never had an eye exam. I was seen promptly. Dr Cox was thorough and took the time to answer questions. I have a pair of contacts to try out for a couple days and so far they seem to be working so much better than my other prescription. I had been seeing another doctor for my yearly eye exam and felt like I was being price gouged. At Visionworks, I felt like they did not recommend unnecessary tests just to make some extra money off me. They also recommended coupons and ways to save on my new prescription.
